Before starting ABPS, I served as Sales Director and then Executive Director of top senior living communities — giving me an insider's view of how communities actually operate, price, and care for residents. Because I understand the inner workings, I know the right questions to ask about the under-the-radar issues families would never spot on a standard community sales tour.
